astronomer Profession: stories of women scientists

Each section of the exhibition opens with a video interview with people whose ideas have revolutionized-marked-influenced throughout history. All these characters (from Aristotle to the Jedi knight, through Newton, Hubble and Bell) are facing the same questions on the conception of the universe, and it is interesting to hear and understand the answers to these questions have changed over the centuries.

Among these players there is just too Jocelyn Bell, who discovered the first pulsar astrophysics, and yet he did not see such an important scientific contribution recognized with the Nobel Prize, awarded instead to his teacher.
addition to the pulsar, this interview is therefore useful to discuss the difficulties, this unfortunately also in the scientific community to achieve full equality of opportunity between men and women.
